TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Tree Visual Concepts LLC d/b/a Drone Training School (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website at dronetrainingus.com and all associated courses, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Description of Services
Drone Training School provides online and in-person drone training courses designed to prepare candidates for FAA knowledge tests and commercial drone operations. Course offerings include FAA Part 107 exam preparation, advanced flight operations training, private commercial drone programs, and enterprise/corporate training engagements.
Important limitations:
- Educational provider only: We are an independent educational provider. We are not an FAA-authorized testing center and do not administer FAA knowledge tests.
- Not legal advice: Nothing in our courses or on our website constitutes legal advice. We provide education about FAA regulations; we are not legal advisers and our content should not substitute for qualified legal counsel.
- Not a regulatory authority: We have no affiliation with or authority over the Federal Aviation Administration. Candidates must verify current FAA regulations directly with the FAA, as rules may change after our materials are published.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled candidates.
3. Eligibility
To enroll in our courses, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age. This minimum age aligns with the FAA's requirement that Remote Pilot Certificate applicants be at least 16. Candidates under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- Provide accurate enrollment information. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information when creating an account or enrolling. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
- Maintain account security. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@dronetrainingus.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.
4. Course Access
Access granted upon payment. Upon successful payment, you are granted access to purchased course content through our learning management system. Access is non-transferable and granted to the individual enrollee only.
Lifetime online access. Online course access is provided on a lifetime basis, meaning you may review the material at any time after purchase, subject to the continued availability of the course and platform. We reserve the right to retire courses with reasonable advance notice to enrolled candidates.
Curriculum updates. We regularly update course content to reflect changes in FAA regulations and industry best practices. Enrolled candidates receive curriculum updates at no additional charge. We reserve the right to update, revise, or reorganize content at any time. Material updates will be communicated via email.
Account sharing prohibited. Course access is for a single user only. Sharing account credentials or course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
5. Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required before course access is granted. All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method.
Refund Policy
- Full refund within 7 days: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the course has not been started (i.e., no lessons or content accessed beyond the course overview).
- No refund after 7 days: Refund requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after purchase will not be honored regardless of course progress.
- No refund after 25% completion: If you have completed 25% or more of a course’s lessons or content, you are not eligible for a refund, even if within the 7-day window.
- In-person no-show: For in-person training sessions, cancellations made with fewer than 48 hours’ notice prior to the session start time are non-refundable. Cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
To request a refund, email admin@dronetrainingus.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use course content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license expressly excludes:
- Recording, downloading, or copying video or audio content by any means.
- Distributing, selling, sublicensing, or sharing course materials with any third party.
- Using course content to create derivative works or competing educational products.
- Publicly posting or publishing course materials on social media, forums, or other channels.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate account termination without refund and may subject you to legal action.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services and course content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, as well as warranties that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
No exam pass guarantee. We do not guarantee that completing our courses will result in passing the FAA Part 107 knowledge test or any other examination. Exam performance depends on individual effort, study habits, and test-taking ability. Courses are provided as-is and are designed to offer thorough preparation, but results depend on each candidate’s own commitment and performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tree Visual Concepts LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total course fee paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
9. FAA Regulatory Disclaimer
Drone Training School provides drone flight education and exam preparation. We are not a regulatory authority. Our courses do not substitute for your ongoing obligation to understand and comply with all applicable FAA regulations, federal, state, and local laws governing unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operations.
- You, as the operator, are solely responsible for knowing and following all applicable FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, and local ordinances governing your flight operations.
- We are not responsible for citations, fines, penalties, accidents, property damage, personal injury, or other harm arising from your drone operations.
- FAA regulations are subject to change. It is your responsibility to stay current with regulatory updates. Refer to faa.gov for the most current rules.
- Holding an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate does not authorize all types of flight operations. Certain operations require additional waivers or authorizations from the FAA.
10. User Conduct
By using our Services, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. The following conduct is prohibited:
- Sharing exam materials publicly: Publicly posting, distributing, or selling our proprietary practice questions, test banks, or study materials on websites, forums, social media, or through any other channel.
- Misrepresenting credentials: Misrepresenting your certifications, training, or qualifications to any person or entity, including employers, clients, or regulatory authorities.
- Academic dishonesty: Cheating, fabricating, or plagiarizing on any course assessments or practice tests.
- Unauthorized access: Attempting to access platform areas or user accounts to which you are not authorized.
- Service interference: Engaging in conduct that disrupts our Services or the networks connected to them.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Florida, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. No arbitration shall be joined with another proceeding, and there is no right to arbitrate any dispute as a class action.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
